Shipping & Refund Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed after successful payment and file upload.
- In most cases, printing is completed the same day, subject to cut-off times and workload.
- Orders received late in the day may be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer doorstep delivery within our serviceable areas and store pickup where applicable.
- Delivery time depends on your location, courier/partner availability and external conditions.
- Any additional delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before confirming the order.
- Delays caused by courier or logistics partners are outside our direct control, but we will assist where possible.
Pickup Orders
- For store pickup orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
- Please bring your order ID and contact details when collecting your prints.
Refund & Cancellation
Since we deal with customised printed products, each order is made specifically according to your files and instructions. Therefore:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
- Refunds are generally not provided for successfully printed orders.
- Refunds or partial credits may be considered only in cases where we fail to deliver the service as promised (e.g., wrong print type, wrong binding, clearly defective output attributable to us).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or clearly incorrect, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
- We may request clear photographs and order details to review the issue.
- Based on assessment, we may offer a reprint or partial/ full credit at our discretion.
Customer File Issues
- We print exactly what is provided in your file. Blurred images, low resolution, wrong page orientation, spelling mistakes etc. in your original file are not eligible for refund or reprint.
- You are responsible for verifying all content and page counts before placing the order.
