Orders & Payments

• All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed order prices will not change.
• Once files are uploaded and order is placed, you are responsible for ensuring correctness of content.

File Content & Responsibility

• You must own the rights or have permission to print the content you upload.
• We are not responsible for any copyright or legal issues arising from the content you provide.
• We do not review or proof-read your documents for spelling, grammar or content errors.

Proofing & Errors

• You are responsible for verifying page count, colour requirements and content before placing the order.
• We will not be liable for errors present in the original files provided by you.
• Reprints due to customer file errors may be treated as a new paid order.

Turnaround & Delivery

• Same-day printing is subject to file readiness, order volume and cut-off times.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier performance.
• Any delivery delay caused by courier/logistics partners is outside our direct control.

Prohibited Use

• You must not upload content that is illegal, abusive, hateful or violates any law.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain objectionable or prohibited content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NV2K Prints will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of your use of this website or our printing services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
